30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.

What's Covered
Refunds include the item price and any taxes paid. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (typically 3-5 business days).

Item Condition Requirements
Eligible returns must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags (if applicable) and packaging intact. Deductions may apply for items that show signs of wear, damage, or odors.

Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity of our curated and handcrafted collections, the following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized handcrafted items.
  • Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue. Once we review and verify the claim we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund including original shipping costs upon receipt of the item.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered if there is a suitable replacement available. Contact us for all exchanges.

Return Shipping
Except in cases of defective/damaged (if not mentioned in the description), or incorrect items as outlined above, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
