Shipping Policy

Order processing times - Orders received before 5:00 AM PST Monday through Saturday typically ship the same business day. Orders received after 5:00 AM will ship the following business day. Please allow 1-2 additional business days for processing during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume. We do not process or ship orders on Sundays. During scheduled vacations or closures, we will post a notice on our website with updated processing times.
Shipping methods and costs - We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers within 2-5 business days to addresses within the United States. USPS Ground Advantage includes tracking and $100 insurance coverage on all shipments. In certain cases, we reserve the right to use alternative shipping methods if we determine another carrier would better serve your delivery needs.
Estimated delivery times - Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days for domestic U.S. addresses after shipment via USPS Ground Advantage. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary based on your location and factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays. Processing time (1-2 business days) is separate from delivery time.
Order tracking - All orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage include tracking at no additional cost. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package by visiting the USPS website (usps.com) and entering your tracking number, or by clicking the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email.
Shipping restrictions - We ship to all U.S. states, territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
